my first reaction to a video version of the Persona 4 comics was “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it,” but this just makes it even better.
I’m glad I never listened to any of the other dubs, because I doubt they can rival this. I’m not a Persona fan, though (I don’t have a PS2…), so the injokes I guess fly over my head? But the good thing about Hiimdaisy is that it like, it works. So when the uncle is all like ICE CREAM THIS ICE CREAM THAT I’m not like OMG REMEMBER HOW HE WAS ALWAYS EATING ICE CREAM THAT WAS SOOO WEIRD WHY DID HE DO THAT IT WAS TOTALLY AS RIDICULOUS AS THIS COMIC SUGGESTS, but it’s still funny.
